ITW is looking for a Patent Project Coordinator in Glenview, Illinois to support patent attorneys with diverse administrative tasks, including managing dockets, preparing IP documents, and collaborating with legal teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least an Associate degree and over 5 years of administrative support experience. Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and patent processes is preferred, along with a detail-oriented approach.
Salary is 32.00–36.00 USD per hour, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k).
