• Execute repairs efficiently based on repair orders and in strict accordance with dealership and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose major vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools to test-drive vehicles and assess components.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate time estimates and report any additional required vehicle services.
• Perform warranty repairs to precise manufacturer guidelines.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Journeyman or A-Level preferred).
• Technical Mastery:
  Strong A-level capabilities in advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Tools & Tech:
  Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment; experience with CDK dealer management software is a strong plus.
• Attributes: A positive attitude, a strong customer-service mentality, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Requirements:
  Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record acceptable to dealership insurance guidelines.
