As a Senior Corporate Facilities Coordinator, you'll oversee facilities projects, manage requests and guide a team of Facilities Coordinators to ensure consistency as we continue to grow across North America.

Position Responsibilities

* Oversee facilities projects across our 14 North American locations to ensure projects align with Uline's quality standards and business goals.

* Manage project requests using our internal systems to assign work items, monitor project deadlines and drive improvements.

* Train and develop 19+ Facilities Coordinators, providing guidance to ensure strong performance and efficient operations.

* Partner with other departments, documenting key project decisions to support execution and deliver timely updates.

* Maintain and distribute department reports, processes and procedures to ensure consistency across locations.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree.

* 3+ years of project management, architecture or related experience.

* Strong communication and multitasking skills.

* Available for travel and occasional early morning, evening and weekend projects.
