Position Responsibilities
* Analyze operational data to recommend improvements for Uline's Canada and Mexico operations.
* Develop and maintain regular reporting that monitors international operations.
* Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights and recommendations.
* Represent international branches in corporate discussions and initiatives.
* Collaborate with other analysts to share best practices, identify data trends and recommend opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree.
* 2+ years in database analytics with advanced data mining and extraction skills.
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) and good understanding of Mexican culture and communication preferred.
* Proficient in SQL and Excel.
* Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
