Customer Data Coordinator

Uline – 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144 – invites detail‑oriented candidates to join our 120+ person Advertising and Marketing team as a Customer Data Coordinator. The role supports a growing client base with shipping, industrial and packaging needs.

• Review customer information in Uline systems and spreadsheets, maintaining names, addresses and demographics.
• Consolidate customer accounts per company guidelines through research, problem‑solving and sound judgment.
• Verify data accuracy through research and resolve data entry errors.
• Properly categorize customers by Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code.
• Follow each department’s standards to determine appropriate action on customer accounts.
• Effectively communicate with customers via email and phone to update account data.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
