Position Responsibilities
* Conceptualize and design layouts within the Uline brand for catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
* Partner with photography team on-set to execute creative direction and visual storytelling.
* Lead design updates and revisions in collaboration with Art Directors and stakeholders.
* Oversee creative projects as needed to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
* Mentor and support print designers and interns to help deliver high-quality creative work.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
* 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
* Portfolio demonstrating print and digital design principals in a B2B-related setting.
* Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
