Fields Lexus Glenview is seeking a positive, high-energy Cashier / Receptionist to join our dynamic team. If you possess excellent customer service skills, a winning attitude, and basic accounting knowledge, we want to hear from you!

- Pay
: $16.00 per hour
- Customer Service: Greet guests and operate the multi-line switchboard with a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor.
- Call Routing: Determine the nature of incoming calls, minimize hold times, direct callers accurately, and follow up promptly.
- Cash Handling: Calculate customer bills via the dealership system, process cash/check/credit payments, make change, and issue receipts.
- Accounting Support: Perform routine accounting functions across accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints diplomatically, escalating to management when necessary.
- Team Support: Assist dealership managers with various clerical and administrative duties as needed.
- Hours
:
Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weeknights and weekends.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred. - Communication: Exceptional ability to actively listen and communicate customer needs to management and sales teams.
- Professionalism: Polished personal appearance aligned with a luxury brand environment.
- Requirements: Must possess an acceptable motor vehicle driving record per dealership guidelines.
