Compensation & Benefits

* Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Champion:
Greet owners on the drive line, oversee lane flow, and provide concierge-level support in person and over the phone.

* Communication Link:
Clearly explain the repair process to vehicle owners and ensure a positive, transparent experience.

* Workflow Coordinator:
Manage technician schedules to efficiently distribute work and maximize daily shop capacity.
