ResponsibilitiesIn this hourly position you will learn complex benefit plans and provide first‑call resolution to participants and their approved associates.
Responsibilities include:
- Help participants understand benefits, receive updates on benefit processes, access systems, and complete self‑service tasks.
- Secure accounts before assisting participants.
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to resolve inquiries.
- Have a customer service heart.
Starting at $56,000 per year with incentive opportunity.

- Hybrid work environment (office in Glenview, IL; Customer Solutions in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Passion for serving customers.
- Consistent positive and professional demeanor over the phone.
- Prior experience learning a complex subject or system and applying the learned information to future situations.
- Ability to multi‑task while working with a customer over the phone.
- Proficient with technology and basic experience with Word and Excel; has utilized multiple systems concurrently.
- At least one year of contact center experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior benefits administration customer service experience (defined benefit, defined contribution, or health benefits).
- Prior experience with CRM systems and workflow systems.
