Glenbrook High School District's Human Resources department is seeking an Executive Assistant of Human Resources
. This position is scheduled to commence immediately.

The Executive Assistant for Human Resources plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department, serving as a key point of contact for staff, applicants, and external partners while managing the office. This role manages onboarding, recordkeeping, scheduling, and compliance-related tasks while maintaining HR systems and processing employee reimbursements and verifications. The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Director with calendar management, board reporting, and coordination of HR programs and events, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations.

This position requires a high level of initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of executive administrative support or Human Resources (High school district preferred).
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems is preferred.
  • Desire for continued professional development is essential.
  • Demonstrates digital literacy and the ability to effectively use district-approved technology tools for communication, collaboration, data management, and instructional or operational tasks.
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience may be used to meet the qualifications requirements.
