Overview
Job Title: Lunchroom Supervisor
Location: Winkelman Elementary School
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Responsibilities- Supervise students during lunch to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Monitor student behavior and address any issues that arise, promoting positive interactions.
- Assist in the distribution of meals and help students as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the lunchroom.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the school administration as needed.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children or in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Capability to interact with students at various activity levels.
