LaSalle Network is hiring a Financial Systems Analyst to join the Corporate Finance & Accounting Department of our client in Glenview, IL. This Financial Systems Analyst will maintain, support, and enhance the organization’s financial consolidation systems—specifically Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), and legacy applications.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst who enjoys system problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional finance teams, and ensuring data accuracy across a global organization.

• Support daily operations of HFM, FDMEE, and legacy financial systems
• Maintain application security, metadata, and system configurations
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles and forecasts
• Train users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across 600+ business units
• Document financial systems processes and support system upgrades, testing, and patches
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline reporting and consolidation processes
• Support SharePoint governance, documentation, and SOX compliance efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Information Technology
• 2–4 years’ experience in a corporate financial systems environment
• Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial consolidation processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
• SQL experience is a plus
