Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective clients to assess home financing needs and goals
  • Explain loan programs, rates, terms, and closing costs clearly
  • Collect and review financial documentation including income, assets, and credit
  • Analyze borrower qualifications and recommend appropriate mortgage products
  • Submit complete and accurate loan applications
  • Work closely with processors, underwriters, and real estate partners
  • Build and maintain referral relationships
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company lending guidelines
  • Track pipeline activity and meet production goals
Required Qualifications
  • Driven to produce strong sales results
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze financial information and credit profiles
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Existing referral network
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to get Mortgage License in (MLO)
