You’ll lead client projects, manage important relationships, and offer CFO/Controller-level advisory services like strategic recommendations and financial reviews, helping our clients achieve their operational and financial goals.

• Scope Engagements:
  Works with sales and firm leadership to accurately scope and price client engagements.
• Set Up for Success from Day One:
  Lead and oversee new client onboarding, establishing smooth processes and clear handovers for ongoing accounting support.
• Drive Financial Excellence:
  Handle daily transactions, lead month‑end closings, conduct financial reviews, and perform variance analysis, budgeting, cash flow assessments, and audit preparation to ensure accuracy and financial clarity.
• Be a Strategic Advisor:
  Deliver high‑level advisory and CFO/Controller services, offering strategic insights and recommendations that drive our clients’ success.
• Lead Projects and People:
  Serve as a primary project and team leader, guiding workflows, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide Clear, Actionable Insights:
  Generate precise, valuable reports and insights that empower clients to make informed financial decisions.

• Proven Accounting Expertise: 10+ years in accounting, with specialized experience in non‑profits, privately held small businesses, law firms, and restaurants.
• Leadership with Impact: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and complex projects effectively.
• Quick Books Online Mastery and Tech‑Savviness:
  Strong proficiency in Quick Books Online and the adaptability to learn new software as client needs evolve.
• GAAP Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and relevant standards.
• Client‑Centered Communication:
  Skilled at building client relationships, offering clear guidance and insights tailored to their needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Equivalent
  
  Experience:
  
  Degree or equivalent professional experience in accounting. CPA strongly preferred.
• A Multi‑Tasking Pro:
  Technologically adept, you handle multiple projects with ease and efficiency.
