Senior Auditor

A large, global organization is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join its corporate audit team.

This role offers broad exposure across financial, operational, and process-focused audits within a complex, high-growth environment. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build business acumen while partnering closely with leadership across multiple functions.

You’ll play a key role in executing a risk-based audit plan, identifying control gaps, and helping the business improve processes and performance. The audit function is well-regarded internally and acts as a true partner to the business — not just a compliance function.

• Execute financial and operational audits from planning through reporting
• Perform risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and control testing
• Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner with process owners to track and support remediation efforts
• Contribute to audit innovation initiatives, including data analytics
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and support team development

• 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or related roles
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit methodology
• Ability to analyze processes and identify risks and improvements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience working in a large or complex organization preferred
• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analytics tools is a plus
• CPA, CIA, CFE, or similar certification (or progress toward) preferred
