Staff Accountant | Global Manufacturing Leader

This is an opportunity to join a category‑defining division of a global manufacturing powerhouse located at the corporate campus. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and driving process improvements for a business that sets the global standard in professional fastening solutions.

• Financial Reporting & Close:
  Manage essential month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Operational Analysis:
  Prepare and maintain daily sales reporting (DSR), logistics metrics, and other key business drivers to provide actionable insights to management
• General Ledger & Fixed Assets:
  Perform day‑to‑day GL accounting and oversee fixed asset life cycles, including additions, disposals, and depreciation
• Internal Controls & Audit:
  Strengthen internal controls, participate in process enhancements, and provide financial support for internal, external, and tax audits
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure data integrity and resolve financial discrepancies

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of professional accounting or finance experience
