Up to $125,000 - Target Bonus: 12% (historically can exceed target

TheOpportunity
The Senior International Tax Analyst will join a collaborative corporate tax team supporting international tax compliance, tax reporting, tax planning initiatives, and global tax operations. This role offers exposure to a broad range of international tax matters including foreign entity reporting, international compliance, tax provision support, transfer pricing compliance, foreign tax credit calculations, and international tax research.
The position is ideal for candidates seeking to deepen their international tax expertise within a large multinational operating environment.
Key Responsibilities International Tax Compliance- Prepare and support U.S. international tax filings and related disclosures
- Assist with foreign entity reporting and international information return compliance
- Support foreign tax credit calculations and international tax attribute tracking
- Assist with country-by-country reporting and local jurisdiction filing requirements
- Support transfer pricing compliance and related documentation initiatives
- Assist with international income tax provision calculations and reporting requirements
- Support tax accounting activities related to foreign subsidiaries and joint ventures
- Analyze tax impacts associated with multinational operations and transactions
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax reporting processes
- Monitor and analyze changes in international tax legislation and regulations
- Conduct technical tax research and prepare supporting documentation
- Assist with tax planning initiatives and strategic tax projects
- Support implementation of new international tax requirements and reporting obligations
- Assist with international and domestic tax examinations
- Support responses to regulatory inquiries and audit requests
- Participate in maintaining documentation supporting tax positions and compliance requirements
- Assist with internal controls and tax process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting accuracy
- Support technology enhancements and tax process modernization efforts
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- MST, MBA, JD, or other advanced tax credentials preferred
- 3+ years of international tax experience within public accounting or multinational corporate tax environments
- Strong understanding of U.S. international tax principles and multinational tax compliance
- Experience with international information returns and foreign entity reporting
- Working knowledge of ASC 740 income tax accounting
- Experience with tax technology and compliance software preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
