Senior Management Reporting Analyst

A Fortune 300 global manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Management Reporting Analyst to join its Corporate Finance & Accounting team. This is a high-visibility opportunity supporting executive leadership through financial reporting, segment analysis, and enterprise-wide management reporting.

What You'll Do

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for management reporting
• Prepare internal management reports and external segment financial reporting
• Analyze financial results and provide reporting to senior leadership
• Support reporting within Oracle HFM and assist with user training
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Accounting, business units, and external auditors
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ad hoc finance projects

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of corporate accounting or financial reporting experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements and the month-end close process
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Oracle HFM experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite at the Glenview corporate headquarters
