Head Cashier plays a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing checkout and return transactions.

• Expediting price checks and approving POS transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, self‑checkout, returns, Pro Desk, special services, and tool rental.
• Providing first‑level escalation for customer issues.
• Assisting in the supervision, coaching and training of other front‑end associates and participating in the training of new cashiers.

Preferred qualification: 1+ years of cashier experience.
