• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or technical school
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting preferred (home health experience preferred)
• License/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing, issued by the state in which you work
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• Self‑management of time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
