Job Overview

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 10‑week assignment in Glenview, Illinois. The role involves 10‑hour night shifts, 40 hours per week.

• Prepare the cardiac lab procedure rooms, ensuring adequate stock, working instruments, and proper sterilization.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures, including site of entry, draping, instrument arrangement, catheter calibration, and setup of pressure transducers and tubing.
• Operate and ensure quality control of all equipment used in the cardiac cath lab.
• Scrub in during procedures, assisting the physician with catheter maneuvering.
• Obtain and record hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data using hemodynamic and electrical amplifiers, and digital and line fluoroscopic equipment.
• Monitor the patient's hemodynamic status during procedures.
• Participate in life‑saving measures such as defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R)‑CI preferred or CCI‑RCIS certification.
• State‑specific licensing as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and to bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.

• Pay based on 10‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax‑free stipend (amount to be determined).
• Top paying contracts with a 10‑week assignment duration.
