Hours:
40 hours, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts - 10 am - 8:30 pm
Required Travel:
None
- Provide basic patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and positioning under the direction of an RN/LPN
- Perform purposeful hourly rounding and respond to patient call lights and requests
- Assist with safe patient handling including ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using proper equipment
- Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other patient care activities per protocol
- Support admissions, discharges, and patient transports while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA training or completion of a nursing clinical rotation preferred - Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider (AHA) required within 90 days of hire
- Experience:
No prior experience required - Unique or Preferred
