  ARRT, BLS, ACLS; 3+ years of Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) experience; 0 years minimum experience required
• Floating:
  Will float for callcovering Evanston or Highland Park (depending on the candidate's location); 30-minute call back response time required during call
• On-Call: 2-3 days per week, every third weekend, with 2 hours guaranteed when called in
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements:
  As needed
• Orientation: 16 hours of non-billable orientation
• Submission Requirements:
  Credentials due Thursday before start date
