Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across multiple sites located in different states. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at managing full‑cycle recruitment processes, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is crucial in attracting top talent to support the company's expansion and ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Lead the development and execution of effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of potential candidates.
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
- Multi‑Site Coordination
- Manage recruitment activities across multiple sites, coordinating with local teams to meet regional hiring needs.
- Travel to different states as needed for recruitment events, interviews, and relationship‑building.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and activities to leadership.
- Data and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience managing recruitment across multiple locations.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with recruiting in multiple states and understanding regional labor markets.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
This role is primarily performed in a professional office or remote setting and requires effective verbal and written communication. The position involves regular use of a computer, including typing, viewing screens, and participating in virtual meetings. Employees must remain stationary for extended periods, with occasional movement. Light lifting up to 15 pounds may be required. Work hours may extend beyond the standard schedule during peak periods or critical business needs.
