Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals; provide guidance to management on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development and talent management; assess organizational structures on a regular basis to ensure proper resourcing.
  • Oversee the full‑cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent; partner with hiring managers to identify talent and capabilities needed to achieve priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive work environment; resolve workplace issues effectively while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
  • Manage the team budget, optimize costs, and lead organizational redesign decisions; facilitate organization, process and people assessments to narrow gaps and drive efficiencies.
  • Drive a robust performance management process, including quarterly development discussions and the OPR process; train managers to set performance and development goals and provide feedback.
  • Lead cultural initiatives such as Management By Objectives, Continuous Improvement, process mapping, and meritocracy; collaborate to increase DEI efforts.
  • Participate in talent development and retention strategies; identify and develop future leaders, supporting leadership development programs and succession planning.
  • Promote positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives; provide insights and recommendations based on employee feedback and metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Change Management and Performance Management.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership in HR with the ability to partner and influence strategic priorities.
  • Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility; experience in assessing, designing and recommending organizational changes and simplification.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people, develop strong partnerships and coach leaders.
  • Future focused, anticipates opportunities, and leverages an outside‑in perspective through understanding of market trends.
  • Experience in change strategy and transformation.
