Position Responsibilities
* Design, analyze and manage compensation programs, partnering with teams across the organization to achieve business goals.
* Process complex compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.
* Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance on compensation tools that drive high performance and inform decision-making.
* Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, recruiters and business managers.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
* Proficient in Excel.
* 4+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience.
* Knowledge of compensation theory and practices a plus.
