Position Responsibilities

* Own procurement strategy for IT hardware, software and services, aligning sourcing decisions with business goals.

* Lead vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract optimization and performance management.

* Analyze technology spend and market trends, leveraging reporting and dashboards to inform sourcing strategy and drive cost savings.

* Oversee and continuously improve procurement processes, including purchase order workflows, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

* Partner with IT and business leaders across North America to align purchasing priorities and influence decisions through data-driven insights.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field.

* 5+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills

* Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
