Are you an experienced IT professional ready to set the standard for quality and user experience? Join Uline as a Senior Desktop Quality Assurance Analyst, where you’ll design and lead QA strategies, mentoring a team to improve desktop performance and address complex challenges across our North American operations.

Uline’s 450+ person in‑house tech team builds and supports the custom systems that run our business. The team owns and creates solutions that operate at scale, supporting operations from warehouse management to e-commerce.

• Partner with IT teams to design, test, and implement QA strategies to support device setup, application installs, and system updates.
• Mentor team members, providing technical guidance and establishing best practices to ensure smooth operations and legendary service.
• Own root cause analysis, using data to develop reports and deliver recommendations that resolve complex issues and drive desktop improvements.
• Partner with IT Security teams to review processes and ensure they meet security standards and business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 5+ years in Software Design / Architecture with hands‑on development experience.
• Proficient with Windows, MacOS and IT management tools, including Intune, Jamf and MECM.
• Uline does not participate in the H1‑B lottery.
