Reporting to the Multimedia Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and implementing Wespath’s public website strategy and proactively managing and maintaining Wespath’s non‑transactional public website. The Web Manager is essential in ensuring our web presence effectively supports our brand and organizational goals, enhances user engagement and experience, and improves search‑engine optimization capabilities through the following methods:
- Web Strategy Development and Implementation.
- Web Analytics and User Experience.
- Search Engine Optimization.
- Content Management and Development.
- Website Maintenance and Management.

- The compensation range for this position is $105,000-$116,00 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be based on the hired applicant’s qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in web development, digital marketing, computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience and working knowledge of Word Press website management, page creation, plugins, updates and content publishing workflows.
- Proven experience in web strategy development, analytics, SEO and user experience optimization.
- Proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools (e.g.; Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEM Rush).
- Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
