Position Responsibilities

* Partner with IT teams to design, test and implement QA strategies to support device setup, application installs and system updates.

* Mentor team members, providing technical guidance and establishing best practices to ensure smooth operations and legendary service.

* Own root cause analysis, using data to develop reports and deliver recommendations that resolve complex issues and drive desktop improvements.

* Partner with IT Security teams to review processes and ensure they meet security standards and business requirements.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* 5+ years in Software Design / Architecture with hands-on development experience.

* Proficient with Windows, MacOS and IT management tools, including Intune, Jamf and MECM.

* Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
