Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall digital transformation vision and roadmap for the NA R&D organization.
- Design and implement an operating model, target‑state structure, and multi‑year resourcing plan for a Digital R&D function.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to develop and deploy data‑driven solutions, AI/ML models, and cloud‑based platforms that accelerate product innovation.
- Establish governance, metrics, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant digital initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives and drive cultural adoption of Agile and data‑centric processes.
- 10+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or technology leadership, with a proven track record of large‑scale digital transformation.
- Deep expertise in data analytics, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and AI/ML technologies applied to research and development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience building high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in a scientific, engineering, or technology discipline preferred.
