IT Project Manager

Uline’s Corporate Headquarters is located at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. We are seeking an IT Project Manager to support application development and AI‑driven initiatives across our North American operations.

• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT application development projects.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and collaborative sessions with senior IT and business leaders.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
• Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating them with solutions as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H1‑B lottery.
