Position Responsibilities

* Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.

* Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (TFS).

* Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline's U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.

* Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.

* Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree.

* 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.

* Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned testing.

* Familiarity with Microsoft's Azure Dev Ops (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.

* Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus.
