This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Life Insurance Producer Associate based in Glenview, IL. The associate will develop and maintain client relationships, advise clients on suitable life insurance solutions, and offer employee benefits. The role also requires excellent customer service, effective communication with clients and stakeholders, and keeping up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance products.

• Proficiency in insurance sales and a strong understanding of life insurance products
• Knowledge of employee benefits and its integration within life insurance planning
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and advisors
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Previous sales experience in life insurance or financial services is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant insurance licenses or certifications
