Program Highlights
* Gain hands-on experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics.
* Rotate through different roles over 18-24 months while learning from experienced mentors.
* Upon completion, step into a full-time role in supply chain operations role based on your interests and company needs.
Position Responsibilities
* Develop foundational knowledge of Uline's supply chain operations, systems and processes.
* Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
* Travel to Uline's North American locations to gain hands-on experience across the business.
* Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field.
* Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline's North American locations as needed.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
