Position Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on leadership of daily Corporate building operations, ensuring facilities are safe, reliable and meet company standards.
* Supervise and develop the facilities team, setting priorities, assigning work and driving accountability.
* Oversee facilities and maintenance projects across multiple buildings, systems and assets.
* Conduct building audits to identify any issues or improvement opportunities.
* Serve as on-site point of contact for contracted vendors providing maintenance, janitorial and other facility services.
* Respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in facility operations or management.
* Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
* Good driving record.
