Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

• Manage a team of Technical Service Representatives, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help the team succeed.
• Handle escalated customer product concerns and provide technical support through email and on the phone to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Facilitate training on new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and to ensure legendary service.
• Support the repair of products returned by customers, including deploying packaging tools and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of electrical and mechanical experience, with 5+ years of customer support experience.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of general repairs and maintenance.
