Are you an emerging finance leader with a passion for mentoring others? As an Accounts Payable Team Lead at Uline, you’ll oversee a high-performing team of Accounts Payable Specialists, ensuring invoices are paid on time and supporting the success of our growing North American company.

• Manage a team of AP Specialists, providing regular feedback, guidance, and support to help your team succeed.
• Complete month-end accounting processes, including invoice reporting and account reconciliations.
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the Accounts Payable team.
• Review and audit recurring reports and general ledger accounts and descriptions for accuracy and consistency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
