What you’ll doSet up and run mill‑turn or multi‑axis platforms, including live tooling lathes and 5–9 axis machines

Combine turning and milling operations in a single, efficient setup

Install and qualify complex tooling packages (live tools, sub‑spindles, Y‑axis tooling)
Load, prove out, and refine multi‑channel CNC programs

Synchronize spindles and turrets for balanced, reliable throughput

Own first article and in‑process inspections to ensure conformance

Troubleshoot multi‑operation issues, reduce cycle time, and manage tool wear Deliver finished components that meet tight tolerances and quality targets

What you’ll bring2–5+ years CNC experience with mill and lathe setups or mill turn set up Command of multi‑axis machining and machine kinematics

Ability to read/interpret intricate prints and GD&THands‑on with Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak, and other advanced controls

Comfort editing multi‑channel G‑code

In‑depth knowledge of tooling, work holding, and process sequencing

Keen attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability

Trade school or advanced machining certification (preferred)
