• Set up and run mill‑turn or multi‑axis platforms, including live tooling lathes and 5–9 axis machines
• Combine turning and milling operations in a single, efficient setup
• Install and qualify complex tooling packages (live tools, sub‑spindles, Y‑axis tooling)
• Load, prove out, and refine multi‑channel CNC programs
• Synchronize spindles and turrets for balanced, reliable throughput
• Own first article and in‑process inspections to ensure conformance
• Troubleshoot multi‑operation issues, reduce cycle time, and manage tool wear
• Deliver finished components that meet tight tolerances and quality targets

• 2–5+ years CNC experience with mill and lathe setups or mill turn set up
• Command of multi‑axis machining and machine kinematics
• Ability to read/interpret intricate prints and GD&T
• Hands‑on with Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak, and other advanced controls
• Comfort editing multi‑channel G‑code
• In‑depth knowledge of tooling, work holding, and process sequencing
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability
• Trade school or advanced machining certification (preferred)
