Build precision at scale in Glenview Walk into our 35,000 sq. ft., climate‑controlled facility in Glenview and you’ll feel it right away: 60+ years of know‑how humming across more than 100 CNC machines. A tight‑knit crew of about 50 professionals—many here for 20+ years—crafts complex components for aerospace, defense, automotive, and other exacting industries.

A day in this role

Kick off 1st shift on your schedule—flexible start/end times support your life outside of work; overtime is available if you want it.

Set up a Swiss‑style CNC lathe (Tsugami, Star, or Citizen) for a small‑diameter, tight‑tolerance part run.

Select and install guide bushings, collets, and specialized tooling tailored to the job.

Load and refine Swiss‑type programs; dial in tool offsets and alignments for microns‑level accuracy.

Run the first article and verify features to ±0.0002" using micrometers, optical comparators, and other precision metrology.

Stabilize production: monitor tool wear, make micro‑adjustments, and optimize feeds/speeds.

Manage bar feeders for high‑volume throughput and consistent quality.
