CNC Programmer – Setup
- Assists and trains operators in setup and how to run various operations; interprets and communicates all manufacturing operations and work instructions for the area.
- Provides assistance in assessing worker job performance and may provide performance coaching and feedback.
- Assists in ensuring that all safety standards are met.
- Assists in ensuring that all productivity and efficiency standards are met.
- Reads and interprets drawings; performs assembly duties in the assigned areas as needed.
- Uses all assembly tools in the assigned area of responsibility and changes settings as required.
- Experience on Mazak with Mazatrol Control.
- Experience with super alloys a plus.
- Should have own basic inspection gages (Micrometer, Caliper).
- Familiarity with ISO/TS/AS requirements a definite plus.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Measuring the parts.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and proven abilities.
