Position Responsibilities
* Support direct marketing strategy through data-driven campaign recommendations, project management and improving reporting processes.
* Execute marketing campaigns, including setup, targeting, approvals, auditing and invoicing.
* Analyze campaign performance, data and processes to identify trends, develop performance reporting and recommend improvements.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present to executive leadership to guide decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree.
* Marketing experience or related coursework preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in SAS, SQL or other programming and statistical tools a plus.
