Position Responsibilities

* Recommend new products based on customer and competitor insights, collaborating with fellow interns to present recommendations to leadership.

* Review customer feedback regarding product quality, product information and creative design for opportunities to enhance customer experience.

* Analyze return reports to identify opportunities to reduce return percentages.

* Help prepare catalog layouts, photos and copy for new product additions.

* Assist with catalog pagination and layout for mini catalogs and pamphlets.

Minimum Requirements

* This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.

* Experience with Microsoft Office, with some experience with Access and Excel a plus.

* Strong communication, organizational and collaboration skills with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
