Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Monday-Friday - either 5-days per week or 4-days per weekAdditional Coverage:
Available by phone for emergencies and may assist in the cardiovascular institute
Coordinates the care for the operating room surgical patient population
Manages staff schedules and patient assignments
Works closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and operating room staff to ensure safe and quality care of the surgical patient
Coordinates specialty cases with RN surgical specialists
Monitors and maintains the quality of the intraoperative patient population by ensuring compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards
Participates in performance improvement initiatives related to surgical specialties, collect and analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance patient care outcomes
May cross cover in the cardiovascular institute
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Required
3 Years of clinical nursing experience, with surgical specialty experience preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (IDFPR). Current RN license in the state of Illinois is required
BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS - American Heart Association (AHA) Required
