Hourly Pay Range
$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights- Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator
- General Medical Telemetry - Location: Glenbrook Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, Evening and Night Shift Rotation
- Hours: 40
- Required Travel: N/A
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required;
Master's degree preferred - Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in appropriate clinical setting required;
Prior management experience preferred - Skills: N/A
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
- Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
- Would assume direct patient care if necessary
- Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
- Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
- Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
- Takes lead on clinical performance management
- Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance. (For AIP eligible positions)
