** Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.

** Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting required;

** What you will do****:
*** Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
* Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput

* Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
* Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
