Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience and expertise.

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on the unit
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high‑quality patient experience

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience preferred for new graduates
