Hourly Pay Range

$43.69 - $67.72 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, Evening and Night Shift Rotation
  • Hours: 40
  • Required Travel: N/A
Required Qualifications
  • License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • Certification: BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an appropriate clinical setting required;
    Prior management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput.
  • Assume direct patient care when necessary.
  • Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in specific clinical care areas.
  • Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing high-quality, individualized care to patients and families while preparing them for discharge.
  • Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring, and counseling new and experienced staff on clinical and customer service skills.
  • Takes lead on clinical performance management.
