Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Medical Stroke Telemetry, Days/ROT

Hourly Pay Range

$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need
  • License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification: BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an appropriate clinical setting required; prior management experience preferred.
  • Skills: N/A
What you will do
  • Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high quality patient experience.
  • Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput.
  • Assume direct patient care when necessary.
  • Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s).
  • Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge.
  • Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling new and experienced staff for both clinical and customer loyalty skills.
  • Takes lead on clinical performance management.
